By accessing or using the Bee school management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These terms apply to all users, administrators, and visitors who access or use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Bee is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed to assist educational institutions in managing administrative, academic, and financial operations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time with or without notice.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and identification.
• Accept all responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Bee platform. Specifically, you shall not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of the Service.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other type of malicious code.

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

The school institution retains all rights and ownership to the data uploaded into the platform. Bee claims no ownership over your student, staff, or financial records. We process this data strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy to provide the agreed-upon services.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bee, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
